Our Return Policy

• Returns:
  Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are unused, in their original condition, and include all packaging. We require proof of purchase for returns and exchanges.

• How to Return:
  Email us at hello@ed-heritage.com with your order number and reason for return.

• Return Costs:
  Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

• Refunds:
  Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

• Faulty or Damaged Items:
  If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately at hello@ed-heritage.com with photos and videos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
