Delivery

  • Free UK Delivery

    • All UK orders are shipped with Royal Mail tracked delivery, so you can follow your parcel from dispatch to arrival.

    • Delivery in 2–4 working days.

  • United States

    • Tracked delivery — duties included

    • We ship to the United States with import duties included in the delivery charge, so there are no unexpected customs duty payments on arrival.

    • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

  • Europe

    • We're currently finalising our EU delivery arrangements and are temporarily unable to accept orders to EU destinations.

    • If you're based in the EU and interested in purchasing our products, please get in touch. We'd love to hear from you.

  • International Delivery

    • We currently ship to selected countries outside the UK and EU.

    • International tracked delivery with the final shipping cost calculated at checkout.

    • Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties, local taxes and customs handling fees. These are not included in the delivery charge unless explicitly stated and are the responsibility of the recipient.

  • Express shipping is available on request, please contact us for a quote.

Product Guarantee

Each product is individually quality-checked before dispatch. We stand by the craftsmanship and integrity of our products, which is why we offer a 12-month guarantee.

If your product arrives non-functional and the issue is not the result of customer damage, we’ll make it right.

Our process is simple:

  1. Send email to hello@ed-heritage.com your order number and a short video showing the issue.

  2. We’ll respond promptly to confirm the next steps.

  3. Return the product to us in its original, undamaged packaging for inspection.

  4. Once confirmed, we’ll issue a full refund.

We kindly ask that all returns are sent back in their original packaging, wherever possible, to help protect the product during transit.

Please take care when opening and handling the packaging. If the product has been handled beyond what is necessary to inspect it, we may make a reasonable deduction from the refund to reflect any reduction in its value, in accordance with applicable consumer law.

This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

Our Return Policy

  • Returns:
    Items can be returned within 14 days after you receive your order if they are unused, in their original condition, and include all packaging not damaged. We require proof of purchase for returns.

  • How to Return:
    Email us at hello@ed-heritage.com with your order number and reason for return.

  • Return Costs:
    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • Faulty or Damaged Items:
    If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately at hello@ed-heritage.com with photos and videos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

  • Refunds:
    Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
